In Rhode Island, Rachin McCoy will be charged with murder for the death of his baby girl on Friday, January 30th. His hearing will be held at the Newport County District Court where charges for first-degree child abuse will be dismissed and he will then be charged with murder. His baby girl sustained a fractured skull, broken ribs and other injuries not listed in news stories. She was six weeks old when she died.
