In San Francisco, two sexual assaults in three days on one student at school lead family of victim to file a lawsuit. The lawsuit claims that the two school bullies sodomized their victim with an umbrella handle during an after-school program. The second attack caused severe bruising and was violent enough to break-off the umbrella handle. The names of the victim and his family are not identified because the victim is a minor. The defendants to this horrific act include the two bullies, San Francisco Unified School District and the non-profit family services agency that operated the Sunset Neighborhood Beacon Center. The claim includes negligent supervision, sexual assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress and other grievances.
