In South Carolina, a two-month-old baby died from abusive head trauma, otherwise known as shaken baby syndrome, and her father, Anwar Young, is in jail facing 20 years to life if convicted for the baby’s death. News stories report that Mr. Young told investigators he tripped while holding the baby and then shook the baby because the baby was unresponsive.
