In South Carolina, Rayshana Harvin faces charges of homicide by child abuse and neglect in connection with the death of her 3-month-old son, King Sincere Robinson. The little boy died from blunt force trauma to the head involving a skull fracture. He passed away at Palmetto Health Richland. The case will be heard in the Third Judicial Circuit Court. King has two surviving brothers that are in protective custody with the Department of Social Services. Sumter Police are involved in the investigation.
