In Texas, Shawn Davis Wagner and Kristina Faye Tello are charged in connection with the death of their infant. The two face manslaughter charges since the death of their infant three months ago. News stories report the autopsy allegedly revealed the four month-old baby died from malnutrition. Mr. Wagner and Ms. Tello were held in the Henderson County Jail.
